I had a Jolida that would sound like it had a transformer hum, but it was actually the transformer covers vibrating. I slipped a small wedge under the offender and was good to go.Assuming this is not the case with yours and you have ensured that the bias settings are on the mark, I would try removing the tubes and cleaning all the pins. If you have access to a tube tester, it may be time to see what kind of mileage the tubes have on them.
You could also try a few quick changes in how your components are hooked up. If the hum is a recent development I would suspect tubes that are nearing the end of their useful life. If the amp is new to you and has always had the hum then I would also suspect a ground induced hum that is not uncommon and can usually be corrected by floating the ground of the offending component or components. If this makes you uncomfortable, you can try a site search with the keyword of "hum" in the box and read many other ideas that have worked.
