I'm pretty sure those are 25 watt tubes. You might want to try a 30 watt version such as the GC (many) or WXT+ (Sovtek). Maybe you'll get longer life from them. They are very inexpensive as tubes go.
To answer your question though, the GB/GBW are interchangeable.
