That you need to replace the mian power supply filter caps. In fact you might as well replace all the caps but for sure at least all the electrolytic caps.Also, only use the "tuner" input. The "MAG" input is what you would use for a turntable though. I doubt anyone has a crystal phono cartridge anymore so you will never use that input.
Get the tubes tested if you can. EL84's are a very nice sounding tube. It is hard to make a bad amp with them:)
