5751or ECC803S OK to replace 12AX7 as driver for 2A3?

Any problems with replacing the 12AX7 drivers in a Shishido style Loftin-White 2A3 amp with either 5751â€™s or ECC803Sâ€™s? I understand these are not exact replacements and wonder if anyone has tried this. Here is the schematic of the amp: http://www.diyzone.net/diy/tube/shishido.jpg
