The difference between 32 W. and 45 W. rates to be undetectable. Also, Ohm's advice is almost certainly based on the power amp being SS. You don't dare push a SS amp into clipping if you want your tweeters to endure. OTOH, tube amps compress before hard clipping sets in. That allows you to push a tube amp right up to the ragged edge. A Watt is a Watt, but with tubes you can use all that's available. With SS, speaker safety requires power be kept in reserve.
