If you haven't already, go to the Dynaco Doctor website listed on the main AA page. There is a ton of info on troubleshooting, and also replacement mods.I recommend against replacing the can cap with another as I had a new replacement go bad as well. The voltage rating is marginal and does not handle the surge very well.
