'Tis interesting...those of us who haven't been around high-sensitivity speakers much have little idea that amp noise can be such a problem. I can't answer your Moth-amp question, but I can tell you that my Music Reference 2.5WPC EM7 amps are dead quiet on my 97dB-Sensitive speakers and also on my friend's AV Trios.
