Tubes are new to me, so this will be a learning experience. I assume that it's safe to remove the rectifier (that's what it is right?) tube?I tried to listen for the source of the hum - it's hard to tell. Sounds like it's coming from under the transformers. The hum is audible with nothing else plugged into it, and I've tried using a cheater plug to see if that helped.
I don't think it's a ground problem - I kinda know what that sounds like, and besides, I have everything plugged into the same outlet. And I think a ground hum wouldn't make the amp hum - just the speakers.
