Tube life

Since the ARC Ref 2 Mk II has a bunch of 6H30s (6X)that are supposed to last a great number of hours as well as two other types (one each of 6L6 and 5AR4)do the latter two have to be changed more often or should one re-tube the whole amp at one time?

I noticed some tube rush and am wondering if I bought this line stage just at the time it needed new tubes. The rushing sound is only heard when no music is playing so it could be normal and I simply didn't notice it before.
