I've dealt with Alan about several items and he's always treated me fairly. I've had him cryo and cook a wall outlet, my speaker cables and various power cords which made a big difference in how clean, smooth, spacious and realistic my system is. I think his prices are reasonable. I'd have him do my interconnects if they didn't have d.i.n. plugs. He sends his tubes out for cryoing every week or so when he has a batch.
