A question of bias

Tube bias, that is, an area that I know next to nothing about. As an example, consider the following information for the KR 300BXLS tube:

Plate voltage: 300/400V
Cathode Current: max. 100 mA
Dissipation: 45V
Grid Voltage: -60/-90V
Transductance: 6000
Amplification Factor: 3.8
Plate resistance: 700 ohms
Load resistance: 2K5 ohms
Filament rating -
voltage uF 4/5 volts AC or DC
Current If 1.2A

Do any of these values allow me to determine the correct bias settings for this tube. If you are wondering, I have no intention of actually attempting to bias the amp myself but I am curious of which of these values are important for determining this.

Thanks!!

Terry
