If assuming voltage output from transformer secondary winding is constant , 4 ohm speaker connect to 8 ohm tap will sink x1.414 times current more than 4 ohm tap, also 4 ohm speaker connect to 16 ohm tap will sink x2 times current more than 4 ohm original tap.
but if your amplifier can standwith this loadline transfer effects, your speaker will get higher power and loudly than before.
