Thanks for your feedback on the E80CC. Now, which tube is the E40CC a good substitute for because this is a new one for me. Under Duncan's tube convertion program the E80CC is a good sub for the 12AU7 and the 12AT7. Even the ECC803/12AX7 is listed under substitutes the E80CC. A versital tube if your equipment can take it. I had over looked that tube, hmmm. I could try it but I'm content using it as a sub for a 12AU7. It really does carry more authority than any 12AU7 i have and that's quite a few.

Any more feedback would be great!
