I recently bought a now discontinued Bel Canto SET40 and I am thinking of buying one of the these Cinese tubes.
I am actually favouring the 845b right now for the following reasons. Higher power handling (afraid the 845m or new w might cause problems if driven to the amps mid 30 watt output range). Also from reading past posts on its treble, I'm thinking it might tame those cymbals on rock recordings a little better.
Or is the 845m so much better that I should just get that one.
