Blown Fuse - Part 2

Recap: My cheap chinese amp has been running well for a few months, I've rolled a few different tubes and am generally very happy. Recently it blew the mains fuse, no obvious signs of distress, no odd smell or anything like that, just no power anymore.
On suggestions from forum members, I opened it up to look for any signs of distress, broken components or poor solder joints. - Nothing obvious.
Pulled ALL the tubes, even the rectifiers and it STILL blows the fuse immediately.
Suggestions as to where to look next? SPST power switch? Power transformer? Mains power lead? Dodgy socket?
