Mullard ECC83 help with dates!

Hi, I have come across some NOS mullard valves and even though I've read the other threads here I need some help with the dates! I'm most interested in the ECC83's. They all have old style logos and round getters. Their codes are:
Tube 1: +91
B8F

Tube 2: +61
BOL

Tube 3(labelled ECC83 and 12AX7):B16

Tube 4: +92
B9D

Tube 5: B3K3

Tube 6: B7H4

By the way the + looks like a Christian cross. Thanks for your help!
