Need Help : Please identify this power transformer

Got it from my late uncle. I was told this xformer is for a single chanel PP amp using 6550 tubes. There is no stamp of whatsoever on its bell. But 'FREED 12 8-59 INSP.' on bottom and 'RGP-21 ' on top. Would anyone kindly tell me its brand, model number and spec. Thanks.
