Help identifying a tube, please

I have a tube with a 6V6GTY brand in an octogon. It has a brown base with a Standard Electric label and grey smoked glass.
Do you know the manufactor? Near "Standard Elektric" is the number 210 vertical and the number 5805 horizontal.
Which dealer has this tube on stock?
