I have 3 pieces 7316 NOS NIB Amperex branded.1 pair are both Bugle Boy with acid etched 12, 17 on the upper side of tube with 1959 Heerlen date codes acid etched (Delta 9D). The boxes just have 7316 stamped on them.
The other is a Amperex branded PQ inside a shield and also has ECC186 on the tube and on the box it also says made in Holland. The two bugle boys have large halo getters, the PQ has a smaller halo getter. Probably earlier versions (pre-1959) were D getters.
