A 6eu7 is a 6.3v filament, different pin-out version of a 12ax7 & was developed after your Stark charts were published. View your tester Manual schematic for applicabliity of socket to test in, set for 6.3v filament, & test as a 12ax7. If you require a pin-out, look here:
