Eico 635 tube tester....need manual/settings

I've got an Eico 635 tube tester with no manual and I'd like to test some of my 7868's and 7591's. I tried to download a free manual from the 'BAMA' website, but that just froze up my computer. Then I tried ordering from A.G. Tannenbaum, but they wouldn't accept my (perfectly good) credit card.
Anyone know where I can get a manual at a decent price (or free) or does anyone know the settings for these two tubes on this tester?
