For the hell of it tonite just messing around with one of my pairs of mac mc60s that are upgraded I put in a pair of sed el34s in each amp..This was somthing I was going to do to entertain myself for a laugh..When I got them in I just couldnt believe how superb they sounded..The bass definition and midrange definition and accuracy was just incredible..I did a freq/power sweep to see if I was moving the curve a bit and its perfectly flat all the way 45khz with a couple small insignifigant peaks here and there..They only make 48 watts at .62% distortion but its so good that I could live with it..Im monitoring it to see what the tube does current wise.
