My son and I just completed a ST-70 new production Dynakit amplifier. WOW
We considered the Ebay way but decided to go with a new kit from the people at Dynakitparts.comReasonably priced and no surprises. These guys were very responsive to my questions and the quality was Top Shelf.
IMHO you could spend as much rebuilding a used unit.

PS My son is 15 years old and now has this amplifier hooked up to his Ipod. Sounds OK to me.
