The B2A3 indicates British Mullard. POSSIBLY 1962 production--I'm a little fuzzy on decoding Mullard datecodes, but Brent Jesse.com has a website with a link to decrypting datecodes. This will be very helpful. But, you definitely have a Mullard on your hands.
