2A3 settings for Triplett 3444?

Could anybody please tell me what these settings are or where I can find them or if they don't exist? I am fairly certain that the 3444 can test this tube, but the roll on my machine doesn't have them. Are they to be found in the obsolete supplement? Any information would be truly appreciated.
