Thanks for the offer TAZSMONN. As it turns out I was able to figure out the info that I needed on these tubes without the use of a tester. They are currently on ebay and a potential bidder had asked me if the "filament circuits had continuity". See I don't have an amp that uses 45's, and obviously no tester, but I figured out a simple way to make this determination.
Some old TV repair guy had given hundreds of tubes to a young relative who lives with his family down near Rochester. When I was down there last month for his high school graduation I spent most of the day going through boxes and boxes of tubes, pulling out whatever looked interesting. There wasn't a whole lot of stuff suited for audio but I did manage to find these 45's, and a few other choice pieces. I almost think I should buy the whole lot from him.
