I'm using a Sony CA70ES CDP, Foreplay II Pre amp, & Norh SE9 amp going to Klipsch RB5-II's. I have some RCA cleartops & while they sound good, they lack a little hi extention in my system. Also have some RFT's ( pretty good). Really looking for the most hi freq extention i can get. With only 9wpc the RB5's are a little laid back! Of the tubes i inqired about:NOS, JAN/RCA 12AU7 Black Plate..$9ea ("can't beat that"!)12AU7, Motorola, (GE) Grey Plate...$14.00/ea, & used, 12AU7A Eico, Made in Gt. Britain...$14.50/ea. Tom
