Siemens Silver Plate plates are sort of like typical Philips style ladder design.Tubes in this post are definitely Mazda. We've had these in the past. Mazda Silver Plate 12AX7's also look very similar (see pic below). In general, both Mazda 12AX7 and 12AU7 tend to be on the brighter side. In the right system, these can sound real good. System synergy is the key and only way to know is to try.
You are right that Siemens E82CC 3 Mica looks same as Siemens 3 Mica 5814. It is possible it was labeled ECC802S at some point (just like the late production Siemens ECC801S).
Not sure if Siemens ECC82 Silver Plate was supposed to be a premium tube. It has become desirable because very few are around (perhaps it was a limited run) and these do sound very good.
