I have two GE NOS 12AX7 tubes. They say "Made in Yugoslavia" on them and have the GE logo. They have the date code "188-5" which I'm told means they were made in 1965. I find it hard to believe a Western company would buy tubes from a Communist country during the Cold War but it must be so. Does anybody know anything about these tubes?
