Three 6BM8 tubes to be identified

I have three different 6BM8 ECL82 tubes of different manufacture.
One says HH Scott and is made in Great Britain... Mullard?
Another says GE but also 'Made in France'. Who really made it?
The third says RCA but also 'Made in Holland'... Amperex?
The construction of the British and Dutch RCA ones appear identical.
Could any of you knowledgeable folks tell me more?
