You might consider trying a Brimar. They have black plates and are not hard to find...plus they sound better than most 12at7s. But really if I was you I'd try out a GE 5star 6201, Mullard CV4024??, or Slyvania gold brand 6201. To my ears those tubes are better sounding...better fuller bass and smoother highs. The GE is quite cheap (like 10 bucks).
