I haven't direct experience tuberolling Quicksilver amps, but two 12BH7 to start your tuberolling adventure with is the RCA and Tung Sol. RCA came in a few versions, with the two notable distinctions being black and grey plate. Sonics are similiar, but the black plates sound more refined and focused to me. The RCA sound is full with a proclevity towards warmth. On the other end of the spectrum, the Tung Sol 12BH7 is very fast and detailed, though arguably thin.Sylvania and GE make respectable 12BH7 too. FWIW, I haven't really found a 12BH7 I absolutely hated.
