Quite a few from China. The sophia baby uses 6p1p which is cosmetically identical but not electrically to the el84. There are clones that can be had on ebay that use el84s.Yarland another chinese OEMer makes a nice little el84 integrated.
Kailin makes a weird but good sounding and highly tweakable fan cooled el84.
all these can easily be had for under $500.
