Back when I was using 12AX7s (I since changed to a better phono stage where I am using old Mullard ECC35s instead).....I settled on your number 14 triple-mica Siemens E83CC. That is a great tube. (I tried many on your list, but never the TF ECC803S) I do like the ECC802S very much, currently in my Cary 303-300 CDP.
