6GU7 IS a "6" V. only version of the 12BH7.330 is absolute max. anode voltage for 6CG7. If you CAREFULLY watch the dissipation limit for both sections combined, you should be OK.
If you have the extra heater current necessary, look into using the ECC99. Its absolute max. anode voltage is 400.
