Hi Panksy,
I'd recommend that you post a photo of said tubes here as it would allow others to view one or several of them as a means to ID said tubes. I understand your concern as just last Thrusday I to became aware of one of their Tube Integrated Amps called the Melody H34 II, yet upon emailing the Company, I still haven't recieved any information regarding obtaining one made for the American market voltage wise that is.
I'd think that most Companies would be more then willing to assist someone or anyone for that matter whom was making an all out attempt in purchasing some of their wares? what gives w/ this Company is anyones guess?. You guess would be as good as mine!.
Yet, as mentioned either post a photo of your amp showing the power tube section or merely show a close up of the tube itself.
