Looking at claud's posting history, the first mention of Groove Tubes was April 1, 2005 when he mentions having just installed some GT-12AX7-M in his "EE Minimax phono" pre. That's the first mention of GT in 5 years as a registered inmate.Lot of talk about NOS tubes and tube rolling but no Groove Tubes until this April.
Sounds like he really likes these 12AX7 tubes. Lots of others seem to like them too.
So, which of GT's competitors are YOU working for?
There seems to be a little stable of inmates who attack any post that says anything good about GT. I'm getting a little suspicious, but I'm pretty new over here from Vinyl Asylum, so maybe I'm late to the party and don't understand?
