A friend of mine tried different sorts of the KT88's in his Cayin A 88T and he thought the the original GEC KT88's creamed current production valves on his system. Should be able to pick up some nice used ones for a reasonable price which should give many years good service.Since then he has reverted back to his Quad 11's and sold his Cayin.
