Ok......and my suggestion was exactly that. The Modulus 3A will be better than just about any kit, especially a Foreplay.If that's too much $$ for you, then look on Agon for used CJ PV-10 or 11. There's also the Cary SLP-50, but no phono with that. But I assumed you wanted a full featured preamp.
