i have a fender concert combo amp from the 80's. it had a buzzsaw buzz until i turned the hum balance control all the way to the left. now it still has a little buzz with white noise added in. it quiet enough for live performances but id like to record with it. i'm new to tubes so i was wondering is this normal?
. i also notic3ed that everything on the amp looks stock except one of the Fender tubes has been replaced with a RCA 12AX7A/ECC83
