I just got a Jolida 1501RC and I'd like to swap out the tubes. Here's what I'm looking for:
1. I don't like when the voice is the loudest part of the music. Mids? It kinda grates on my nerves.
2. The Jolida bass seems kind of boomy or out of control.
So, I guess I'm looking for tubes that will subdue some of the voice's grating effects and control the bass a little.
I'm new at this so be gentle!
What tubes do you recommend?
