the stock pots are terrible. they drift all over the place and they're very tight to turn, so a slight click and you can go from 300 to 900. i bought some multi turn pots from mouser. they were inexpencive and easy to install. the bias is now much easier to set where i want it and it stays there. you can allways contact jeff from sonic craft. he may still offer the upgrade kits, which contain the pots as well as some crucial resistors etc.
