I have these EL34's with the dimple on top and two holes in the plate.(2nd from left in photo).
They are indeed the RFT's made in Germany. Mine are labeled AEG made in Germany. Very lovely tube with close to quintessential Mullard sound. Reliable and still available. You can still find them brand new for as little as $50. They frequently are sold as Siemens brand.
