the markings on the tubes you show are clearly General Electric manufacture.It's doubtful Westinghouse ever made a 12AU7 themselves, almost all post-1950 Westinghouse tubes are rebrands.
As to the tubes in the first post - they are clearly not Siemens, I would agree the markings look the same as the ones you picture - so likely GE made, 1950's - not the greatest, but not too shabby either.
