Ei Elite (Gold Pin, new production) 6922 and 12AX7 - still available?

Hi everyone,
I need to re tube some SF gear, and in addition I may be picking up a Jolida JD-100 (I sold one 6 months ago and regret doing so) again and thus I need to track down some Ei Elite 12AX7's... These worked rather well in my system - very nice sound from the Jolida. However, it seems the traditional suppliers (triode, Jim McShane) either post that these tubes are always out of stock or consider them unreliable... My matched pair in my old Jolida worked flawlessly for a year of heavy use, so what's the story? Are they reliable tubes? I never got around to buying Ei 6922's, have people have good experiences with them vs. other current production tubes?
