Test points are cathode and ground and the proper setting should be around 5omV. Be carefull entering these amplifiers as you do have to remove the bottom plate and go within the circuitry where live voltages are obviously awaiting a victum. If not familiar with the procedue, I would seek the help of someone local to walk you through it the first time.
