First of all, let the stock tubes (mine came with EI 12AX7, Sovtek 6SN7, and SED 6550C) burn in, and get a handle for the amp first, before doing tube rolling.Play around with powerline conditioners, powercords, interconnects, electronics. Then you'll be in better position to judge which tubes are best for you and your system.
Keep in mind that the power tubes come last, and therefore are totally dependent upon what's upstream. So once you optimize your sources, preamp, and cables, play with the 12AX7s first. Then experiment with the 6SN7s. The great thing about the MV60SE is, you don't need matched power tube sets. You can, over time, put together four of your favorite 6550s.
