they'll be under-running and should last well.they are not the absolute sweetest of the family but the whole family is kinda nice imE&o.
IN NoS I have only ever heard loacl AWA and AWV 6bq5's, nice, and of int'l stock, Mullard NoS, and National (japanese) 7189's = to the EL84M.
These latter were the nicest sounding very clear, flat FR and lovely yet crisp tube treble. NB this was before I went to low gain/Mu, high GM input and driver tubes, changed the circuit, much lower NFB there inherently and I used SFA, so I was able to nail the opt stage down with NFB, though total NFB is still lower.
Since then changing output tubes can't have so big an influence.
