don't know why the vib. channel is not working. With some troubleshooting you can isolate the problem to a particular stage usually w/o a CRO.check the cathode resistor and voltage for the 12at7 reverb send tube. The later SF's ran this tube very hard to use it as a pull-boost overdrive. afaik, they did this later than '74 though. Could be some resistors out of spec too.
