These are the standard Philips codes. G18, the tube type code, isn't on the list I've got. Could be that that's Gf8. This would be an ECC82/12AU7.That next code string with 4 characters indicates the factory and production date origin. That 4 is a right triangle indicating Heerlen, Holland manufacture. The 6 and 8 are the year, which I'm suggesting is 1976 and 1978. The reason I'm suggesting this is because these origin codes have 4 characters, which resolve manufacturing dates to the week of the month, and this was done later, I think the in late-sixties, early seventies. Earlier codes only used three characters and didn't include the week of the month. That F is the month, corresponding to June. And 3 and 4 are the weeks of the month.
Basically, you've got very nice Philips Heerlen manufactured ECC82s.
